What am I supposed to do with the irresistable lawyer I got stuck with?

So I have a question for my lawyer.... I paid him to take care of a ticket and he did not text me until the day before court to tell me that I had court I was out of town and asked him to reschedule. This was shortly after I paid him to take care of two other tickets.... i then Received a notice saying there was a war rent for my arrest. I then called him asking if he had taken care of my tickets I had just paid him for. He said he had and I called the court myself. They said the war rent was for the ticket back in Sept. the previous year, the ticket I asked him to reschedule with, apparently he did but did not send a letter of appeal so my ticket became a warrant. When i called him on he told me that the clerk did not know what she was talking about. I called back told the clerk what had hap pended and she said there was nothing I could do at this point except pay the ticket and it would go on my record. I called my lawyer and he said I owed a $300 dollar fee from the ticket and that I was paying for deferred. The clerk said I was paying for the ticket. My lawyer lied and i told him he needed to take care of it. Yesterday I received another warrant for the other two tickets that paid him to take care of. What can I do? I want to complain to someone to where he can not practice until he takes care of what I paid him to do. PLEASE HELP!!
