What am i doing wrong with my diet? I walk 30min and later i ride my exercise...

...bike for 30 mins? im a 5'3 16yr girl & i went from 163 to 158 in little over three weeks or so. i used to eat very unhealthy, like a whole bag of chips, donuts, cake, anything unhealthy you name it. but now ive changed the way i eat. i eat Life ceral and an apple in the morning. for a snack i have a gronola bar and for lunch at school i have a sub. and for dinner i manage my portions but im afraid i may not be eating enuf. but now im not that hungry often. im trying to get down to 145. Do you have any suggestions for me? any success stories? any breakfast, lunch, dinner ideas and schedules of when to eat? thnx so much
 
From your brief explanation and question, you have fallen into the "INDOCTRINATION TRAP." Very smart marketing people have led this country into an abyss that is not going to be easy to break free of. It does sound like you are sincere and want to do the right thing. Unfortunately, that is going to take work to excavate the information.

A very good suggestion to start is for you to understand fat and how it works in your favor to lose weight. Get the book, "Life Without Bread" by Christian Allan, Ph.D. Another good one is "Eat Fat Lose Fat" by Mary G. Enig, Ph.D. and Sally Fallon. Both of those books are very good and are written by real experts, not those so called "food experts" that are nothing more than "hired guns" of the food and agricultural industries that have ruined the food supply and what is served on the typical dinner tables in America each day that is destroying people.

Another very good book for you is called, "Nourishing Traditions" by Sally Fallon and Mary G. Enig, Ph.D. This is not only a good reference book for you, but doubles as a good cook book as well.
