Im 5ft 7, weigh about 9 and half stone.. ive been going to the gym for about 10 months but just cant get into good shape, i have a good diet..
I usualy have for my dinner -
spagheti bolonege
or
a steak with potatoes and carrots
or
pasta and mince
or
lasange
or
shepards pie
or
homemade beef burgers
or
pasta, boiled eggs, sweetcorn, potatoes
i go to the gym everyday..but work on different muscles everyday
Monday - Chest, Abs, sit ups, back
Tuesday - Shoulders, Biceps, triceps
Wednesday - bit of cardio, legs, abs, sit ups, press ups
Thursday - Chest, Abs, sit ups, back
Friday - Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps
Satuday - DAY OFF
Sunday - DAY OFF
i eat about 2 apples a day, i go for runs in the street every 4-5 days.. i can run a mile and half in 10 mins 23 seconds - thats my best one and a half mile time. ( i know im alot fitter than before )
The trouble is im finding it hard to put on muscle, im alot stronger than i used to be but i have man boobs, but they arnt as bad as they used to be and i dont have a 6 pack, although i work on it every other day.
What else can i do?? i feel like im wasting my time sometimes, im trying to get ripped but i just dont know what to do anymore.
