Gradually dilute the Vicks Sinex spray with saline nasal spray with menthol in it. My daughter was addicted to Afrin and this method worked.
This should work. You soon will be using all saline nasal spray which is good to moisten/clean nasal passages. Soon you will only use the saline as needed and not on a regular basis.
