everything if you want it done right,and you,d need a machine shop to do the heads on it and the block,cost wise it can be done for about 1000 bucks roughly,im assuming your talking about a v-6 though,its harder than you think to do this one also,getting it out isn't to easy either,before you start this job make sure you got at least a grand to spend on it if not more,because you cant do all the work your self,some of it will have to be done by other people,good luck.
