I applied at blockbuster as an asst. Manager the other day, and put on the app that I graduated highschool in '07 when in reality I dropped out the last month of my senior year. Stupid, I know. But I was wondering if their background check looks over education for a store front position.
I work at a place in the same strip center as the blockbuster, and always go in there to buy energy drinks. I talk to the manager frequently, and she asked if i was still looking for a new job. Then she said she wanted me to be her new assistant. So I went online and applied. I put that i graduated because obviously I need a diploma to work there as a manager. I have the experience, so hopefully they won't look TOO into it.
