what advice can you give me on my situation?

Hello to whom ever is reading this let me start off bye saying im 24 and my girlfriend is 17 we have been together since she was 15 years old. we have a son whom is going on 2 years and we are expecting another. her mother has never had my girlfriend living with her at all she has been to different homes since she was born all family members of hers until finely she stayed with her grandma now that my girlfriend is going on 18 years her mom and grandma are trying to keep us apart and just cause they see that we want to start making our lives bye living together their only interest in my girlfriend is that she gets allot of help with food stamps and her benefits and if she were to move out they will lose all of that. my girlfriend is on probation but because her grandma whom she is living with attacked her and my girlfriend defended her self bye trying to get away from her but her grandma told the cops a different story she has been on probation for 1 year and a few months now. i have hired a lawyer to get her emancipated so we can get married with out her parents consent her father is out of the picture but the proses is going slow she turns 18 on november. her probation officer tells her that the reason she hasn't had court is cause now that they are working on a case on me what can we do to help our case to move faster we have been through a lot of bull from her family her grandma don't want me to even go to pick up my son cause she goes to school and i been taking care of him ever since he has been born i support both of them i keep her going to school i bye what ever they need not her family just me.
