What activity/sport should I do?

First off I am a 16 year old girl, about 5 feet tall and 90 pounds. So I don't need to lose weight, I need to be active and gain muscle though. I rode horses for 7 years and played tennis for 3. I won't do anything with water, basketball, softball or soccer. It doesn't necessarily have to be a sport just something to get me off the couch. Haha :)
