is unsatisfactory? Initially it took 2 weeks to repair the side damage to my car. On collection it was soon clear that it was not to a good standard. The insurance company insisted that the garage should have the opportunity to put things right. The car was in the garage for another week but the work was still unsatisfactory. I will not go back to the original garage. What can I do? Does any organisation inspect the quality of the repair as I am also concerned the garage may not have repaired the car as asked?
