Those Christiains say that in heaven, you won't have TV or cars, or electricity or modern lights because you won't need them. You may not NEED them, but what if you WANT them?
If someone who is into cars classic muscle cars is going to spend an eternity in a place where he'll never see or drive one again, then wouldn't that sorta be Hell to him personally? What if they WANT the good stuff Earth had? Or is it 'sorry, too bad. they're gone forever along with all the material things you had on Earth'.

So much for getting all your broken dreams and missed opportunites met perfectly in Heaven, huh?
Heaven more like Hell to me, but without the agonizing burning and physical pain.

Remember... to not have to soley rely on evidence is a Christian virtue… for any fool can believe something if there is evidence for it…but it takes a real red blooded Christian to use faith…

Be warned my friend the Devil will come bearing highly plausible scientific arguments…the better they are the more logical they are, the more plausible they are, the more well reasoned they are... then the more "devilish" they are

The devil's plans are well laid.. you must be armed against them.. so if necessary: Aoid certain books, turn off the TV, walk out of certain lectures... if they start to get at all persuasive.

I imagine heaven is either like being a junky with a constant supply, or getting a lobotomy.

Dude, you obviously have no idea of what Heaven, let alone Hell, is like. If you want a Biblical description of what Heaven will be like, I suggest you read a book called "Heaven" by Randy Alcorn, in it he gives a very good, and Biblical description of what Heaven is gonna be like. I'll be enjoying my 1970 Chevelle with the big block 454.

Emmy or more like being locked in a room full of fundies...
sounds more like hell to me...
