What a good school for me for art and in computers ?

I'm 15 and I'm homeschooped I'm in the state of Texas and Im in ninth grade and I'm looking for anything school for art and computers in art I draw anime and I paint and I us oil Pistals and the chalk and for computers I want to do everything with computer I love comPuters but first I want to find a school that will teach me to take apart the computer and put it back to tegetber from screw to screw and micro chip to micro chip and also how to fix them up and well basically like I Zaire I'm going to do it all
