I seen this movie on tv in the late 1990s...im guessing 97-98 not sure though...its about a single father family that are really poor...there is a little girl named willow and she has a older brother that skateboards...their father gave them money to get bread at the store and they didnt have enough....and i think the dad gets sick at the end i think...and thats pretty much all i know...i believe it was a movie just showing on tv...maybe lifetime? who knows?
