Items like the black ball that rotates and has colors red through purple tinted circular plastic things and the black ball is hollow and has a light inside and so as the ball rotates and the colorful circular things point toward you, the colors shine and it makes the item sparking and colorful. Now I'm asking what stores sells mainly things like that that are decorations, electrical, art, and beautiful or eye catching.
