Wha is wrong with my boost mobile phone?

I have the incoginto and for the past 3 days It has been messing up my texts. I can call people just fine, but when I text it takes like an hour for the person to get it.. than when they try to text back I wont get it for a long time. Also " The message could not be delivered due to a temporary setup error. Please try later. Error 2129 " always pops up.. I tried calling them and all they say is to try taking the battery out but that doesn't help. Anyone else have problems with boostmobile? I love that it's cheap but the texting issue is really bugging me!
 
I have had boost mobile since feb of this year and really didnt have a problem with it until this month. I can hardly get any service and the texting really sucks. I thought that it was the phone, so i got another one, the sanyo juno. Well now i cant recieve any of my texts. I called customer severice and they told me the same thing, turn it off and remove the battery. I did that 4 times before i even called. They send me to tech support and we did a few different things. He even sent me a text. Well i got that one but just not any of the other ones and it's hours later and i still haven't received them.
