in a bike is infront of me .? I looked at traffic from both sides before entering street to get to other side, and as im getting to the pavement a guy in a bike ends up infront of me, how the heck did that happen?i mean did the guy not see the car coming and i wasnt even going that fast.whos fault is it, he was in the opposite side riding his bike(not facing oncoming trafic like suppose to)not wearing a helmet.so the ambulance takes him and im not in the insurance,do i have to pay his bill or does insurance pay anything, even though im so sure it was his fault since i was there first?how can he not see the car going straight?
