Hello,
I own a 1994 Ford Tempo and it has been running fine for the last two months I have owned it. Recently the weather has went to shit, I live in Michigan, and the two feet of snow is starting to melt due to the icy rain and warmer air that is coming in. I tried to go out to target in it today but it wouldn't start. I turned the key approx 9 times before I gave up, then I opened the hood and the engine appears to be moist. What do I have to do, let it dry out in the garage?

Check for a clogged fuel filter. Check to make sure that there is no water in the gas.
More than likely there is condensation in the distributor cap. all you have to do is open the dist. cap without removing the plug wires and wipe it out very well and it should start.
