WestJet - Departmentalization, Chain of command and Span of Control?

I am doing a study on WestJet for my business class on which I have been working for over a month now and am almost done, however, I am stuck on 3 points for which I can't find any info on the net (at least not on sites I have been looking at).

I am still working on WestJet's organizational structure, and am kind of stuck on what kind of departmentalization there is within the WestJet organization?

If anyone knows anything about this company I would really appreciate your help on finding articles that talk about what type of departmentalization there is within the WestJet Organization.

Also I need to write about their Chain of Command and would appreciate articles on this as well, or if there is a list somewhere of all departments within WestJet organization.

And lastly I need an article on their Span of Control.

If anyone has any info it would be greatly appreciated or even better if there is a WestJet employee that would like to spend a couple of minutes chatting with me, so that I could interview him/her on these couple of questions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
