Discrepancy between two conversion sources. I would like to convert the Western date of November 5th 1980 to a Lunar calendar date. When I use this website : http://www.chinapage.com/astronomy/chinesecalendar.html - then that website indicates a lunar calendar date of 28th day, 9th month. But, when I use the conversion table at this website http://www.hko.gov.hk/gts/time/calendar/pdf/1980e.pdf then that conversion table indicates 28th day, 10th month. So there is a discrepancy in the results (ie one says 9th month, while the other indicates 10th month). Other 'online' converter programs found on the internet also indicate '9th lunar month'. Can anybody confirm which source is giving the true/correct answer? Thanks very much.
