werid itchy rash

hi can eny 1 help me plz 3 weeks ago i broke out in a very werid hot itchy rash. it started in my hands then all over legs hands arms belly there like huge red circles sum r small. its settled on my belly and sids but still on arms and top of my legs and hands but it causes my hands to b very sore and i carnt sleep coz my hands r so itchy and sore feel numb a bit and swelled doctors dont know what itis.. but they did a crp blood test and it came back highish at 45 they sed it shows sum were i am haveing inflamation sumwere but got wait to wait a week to see if its higher ore still 45... also i notice wen i get warm r hot the itching starts more a feel sick and dizzy its got me worrid and i notice wen av been a sleep and wake up feet hurt itch more and my feet on bottom ore sore and my knees does eny 1 know r been thorugh this before am sick now carnt sleep much at all am so tired te doctors first thought id eat summit that caused it but lasting to long and with the blood test being 45 its got to b summit else plese help also i notice my body wey the rash seams to like it wen am freezing cold it dont hurt r itch but carnt b freezing all a time
 
Look up Uticaria and see if this sounds/looks familiar....remember though, the internet usual shows extreme cases....so it's better to read about it than look at pics right away. I had this and still do because of Streptococcal Arthritis which also raised my CRP and gave med an abnormal sed rate as well. My hands get hot swollen and itch like CRAZY. My hands and feet are usually freezing cold of bright red hot! The "rash" is allover too except for face, neck etc...and mostly of extremities (arms/hands/legs). I am prescribed Atarax for it. Hope this helps a bit...

Oh and one more thing...the palms of my hands itch/burn too!
 
Unfortunately, unless you can pin point the cause of the allergic reaction, it can stay with you. My doctor said it can be damn near impossible to figure out the cause. Simple things like new soap, new detergants, pet hair etc...could be the cause. If you want, they can do allergy testing with can be a VERRRRRRY LOOOOOONG process:dizzy: but, even then, you might not know which "allergin" is the culprit. I know how crappy this is! If you can figure out what you are allergic to, then you could remove the offender from your life, sometimes. And I guess, like anything, it could just go away on it's own.

I would follow-up on your abnormal bld results. Are you? What has the doctor said about these results?

she sed they need repeated and cud just be coz am run down and got this rash i get them done thursday shud find out friday the result the rash has just about gone of my legs now but not my hands r so sore itchy sore if a put them in warm water they hurt how long u had it for hun and you got facebook r msn easyer to stayin touch that way
 
Well initially it lasted about approx 4 months:dizzy:. Started on my back, the physical therapist noticed it...kinda started like pinpricky looking thing and progressively got worse. Within that time it would start to go and then would pop up again. That was almost 3 yrs ago. I now have it maybe 3 times a week on average. It goes away, not entirely, about 1 hour when I take my Atarax. My hands have been the most stubborn part. They are like that much more frequently than the rest of my body. I think I could itch, my palms especially, so hard I could take layers off:eek:. And of course, then they are highly irritated....the whole hand....and are so swollen, chubby hands, yuk!

I would follow up on the sed rate and CRP thing because I'm not sure if just being run down could cause that....I could be wrong though. Those are markers for many rheumatological issues.
