I do not know of any territory overtly calling itself Trotskyist. There would be a reluctance in the socialist movement to do this; Trotsky was (unjustly) labelled a Fascist in the pre-war period and mud sticks.
However, recalling the difference between Trotsky and Stalin; socialism in one country (Stalin) v. exporting revolution (Trotsky) it is clear that there are countries which, in the name of socialist/communist revolution try to influence other states: Cuba, China, the old USSR, Venezuela.
It would be hard to argue that there is no Trotskyist element in their policies. To what extent this actually makes them Trotskyist we must all decide for ourselves.
