...murder against the constitution? First of all, i DO NOT think what they did was right, i don't even think that they should be called humans.
Secondly, the the Constitution says that there should always be a fair trial no matter what then crime (they were not allowed to speak in court) and cruel and unusual punishment is not allowed (the hanging, the bags over there heads, the sharp stiff metal "handcuffs") now this was all after it was made was made so isn't that against the Constitution?
NOTE: i no way am i related, to Paine, George Atzerodt, David Herold, Mary Surratt or Booth, nore do i defend them. i am asking this to learn, not to rant, defend or anything else...Just to learn.
