Mystery snails can be bought pretty much anywhere that sells fish. Mystery snails and fish are like to peas in a pod. Almost all stores that sell fish will sell mystery snails because snails clean the algae off the sides of a fish tank. Also they are very liked and interesting. The snails also act like a cleaning mechanism. I recommend that you look around if you want, but some pet stores sell mystery snails for cheaper prices. In my home Lilburn, Ga, petsmart and petco sell mystery snails for 1.99, but there is a solo petstore that sells the same snails for .99. Also when you buy snails make sure you buy snails that are clinging to the side of the aquarium or is moving around. Some might be dead, so if it is moving then it is alive.
