.You need tube headers, 2-1/2 " head pipes, low restriction mufflers, 2-1/4 tailpipes...
A high lift solid lifter cam ( the 1970 factory 325 hp cam is a good choice)
Have the heads redone...
an Aluminum intake..( Wiand or Edlebrock )
Holley 600cfm 4 barrel carb
use the factory electronic ignition
It's a pretty standard formula for a sb..about 400HP
