went over my tmobile minutes! help?

ok this happened few month back when i went £180 over my limit. ive got a t mobile contract with bold 9700. i got insurance on the phone with lloyds tsb (silver account). i had no choice but to pay of that £180 to them making me skint for liek 2 weeks.

i jsut check that my insurance covers Unauthorised airtime for contract but i dont know if that means if i went over my limit or not. is it possible i can claim my money back? also when i bought the phone on contract i got it from carphonewarehouse and they asked my what my limit should be, and i clearly said £50 but somehow ended up going £180 high!

please help!
