Went hiking and now I am sneezing like mad?

I went hiking at Aliso summit an Idk what kind of trees and bushes there was but something royally jacked me up.
I've been taking Benadryl since yesterday but it's really not helping at all with the constant sneezing.

any ideas? I am not familiar with the kinds of trees, and plants in that area but if anyone knows that would probably be helpful.

Keep in mind that it has only been a day so any pollen that you might have interacted with might not be out of your breathing system at all. Monitor how much Benadryl and try to get a humidifier to help relieve any issues that might occur with your breathing. If the problem persists seek help from medical personnel.
