Misunderstood

If not what will.I know total body exercise i been doing that to workout my whole body almost every day.But my grandma passed away and this weekend i kinda ate unheathy foods like my family had a barbeque and a fish fry so yeah i kinda treated myself lol i really would like to eat heathy but my mama cooks nuthin but fried food most of the time and i tried talking to her plenty of times about it but she just said eat in portions which isnt really helping.Also she said she isnt going to buy all that heathy stuff they make these days at the grocery store because they normally go to waste.She just gets the stuff i would eat like caesar salad and those 100 calorie snack things cuz i like those.But yeah i really want to lose my thighs and stomach because those are my problem areas.And i wonder would eating in portions,total body exercise,and bike riding help me acheive that?
Oh and im 15.5'8 and weight 173lbs ( it goes up & down so yeah ] and im trying to get below a size 10 because i want to be a model and im a size 11 in jeans meaning i would have to be a plus size model which i dont want to be i want to be a regular fashion model.
