Well Riding a bike help me ?

Hi everyone i am 22 years old 5'11 try to cut off some wight i currently wight 275lbs so yea im pretty big guy and wana start cutting off this wight.. i well be purchasing a bike tomorrow and was wondering well this help me loose wight? seems like i well only be using my legs when i go for bike rids!! how long should i go for? what else can i do to loose some wight and helpful tips would be awesome thanks alot

Yes, riding a bike will help you lose weight. Something i do is six inches. You can do it right at home!
Lie down on your back and put your hands under your butt. Then, Lift your legs up about six inches and hold for 1 minute, or more if you can. Then, Lower your legs and rest them for a minute and repeat. This will strengthen your abs and thighs. You can also move your legs up and down(but not touching the ground), left to right, circles clockwise, etc.

well, eat small meals around 5.
drink alotta water!
Calf raises!
Lay on ur side lift leg up and down.
Arm circles.
Eat healthy.
Walk for about 30min everyday!.
