Well made sport bike for a beginner?

i posted a question earlier and i got to thinking...i forgot that i am a pretty small person (4'11" 120 lbs) ive never let that stop me from doing anything before and i dont plan on it now. what would be a good sport bike for a beginner for a person of my size?!

a scooter, the Yamaha Vino is a great scooter, easy to ride, its automatic, no clutch or gear shifting, 125 miles per gallon, will go 50 mph, cheap to buy, own and insure
