So, everytime i try to boot up my itunes it tells me that "cannot be read due to newer version of itunes" i honestly have tried everything i can possible think of... i even went on itunes help page. and tried some things that they have said... still nothing.
Although, my computer had updated to a new Norton AntiVirus application and Java as well, it also added a few updates to fix glitches, and ever since, my itunes will not work
Pleasepleaseplease, i would appreciate the much needed help
