Weird weird dream..what could it mean?

I had a dream that i was at work watching the news and they said there was a man on the highway who was driving and shooting other drivers on the road. I went on my lunchbreak and was driving on the highway and then a plastic baby doll poked out from my backseat and made a weird crying noise. The man who was shooting people was holding the doll and then began to beat me over the head with it while I was driving. I started to wreck my car and thought "Why is he beating me? He's going to get killed too in the car wreck" Then I woke up with a headache. Was I beat over the head because I had a headache in real life that woke me up? What does this dream mean?
 
I would take it as a warning that you tend to take things too lightly because you think it wont affect you, guess what, sometimes they do. The warning from the news and the wierd baby crying are warnings signs. Ever heard the term, "get it through your thick skull"? Pay attention to things around you for the next couple of days. It could be someone you care about in trouble or just some things you need to take more seriously.
