Weird way to get abs...?

I heard that if you hit your abdominal area with say.. sticks, drumsticks or something of that sort repeatedly for a little way, every day. That your abs will begin to form because they will basically like.. become defined to sustain the forces of the hitting..


is anything like this truthful?
 
highly doubt it do 50-250 sit ups in the morrning then night for a month straight and you'll start to see a pack coming on though
 
no, you would have to lose weight first. you must look at the food you are eating first and then excerise. this is the best way to train along with targetted excerises for your abdominals.
