weird tight throat/neck sensation?

Hey, recently my throat has felt tight and small when I swallow... now It feels like something is squeezing around my glands but there is no pain and they don't seem to be swollen... I have no idea what it is but it's certianly annoying. I recently had two sinus infections in a row if that helps?... Just wondering if anyone has any idea. Thanks.
 
If you had sinus infections, the drainage could be irritating it. This is also a symptom of being nervous
