I feel like something is taking over my whole body. My tongue is white (and sometimes has a salty taste). The white stuff makes my spit foamy and white. My leg muscles and my stomach do a weird twitching movement (it doesn't hurt but it gets annoying), that can move up into my stomach, and back down to my feet, and my butt. They happen at very random times. My nose also gets stuffed at night.
