Weird substance found under scab?

For a long time now, I've had this scab on my nose, its very small, and I always try to see what its doing, it never changes, and so today, I decided to take a needle to it (I'm stupid for doing that) and I popped open the scab, and underneath was this light green, crusty shape a few centimeters in diameter. It was hard and not squishy, and I saw a similar scab a few inches below, that was alot smaller, did the same thing, and the same type of substance came out, except it was purely white and smaller, but had the same texture. I'm freaking out

What was that?
I really hope its nothing serious and just a really odd pimple.:confused:
 
WounRAB can end up with pus if they're infected...

When my sister had that problem with her wrist, and when I had it on my finger, we soaked in epsom salt (which helped majorly). I don't think that would work all that well on your nose...

Neosporin is a must. I'd say if it doesn't look better, or if it looks worse, to go see a doctor. A dermatologist is preferred, but any doc will do.
 
its not a wound and it wasn't pus...it was sorta like a mineral substance...something really weird
