I woke up this morning and literally my poohs were like my wees, sorry for gross description...this happened for about 4 hours now ti's just stopped but my tummy is in quite a lot of cramping pain, I have a very slight fever that comes and goes, but no real feeling sick just a cramping tummy, does anyone know what this could be?
i did go out to a friends house for dinner last night, could it be food poisoning, or some weird little bug, and because i've stopped going toilet does this mean the worst is over?
