before whatever he did to the ? jeep will become apparent
I know you'll die if I don't tell you what happened. I was driving into a snarled parking lot when some one began to reverse in a hurry. I honked and the persons vehicle stopped. There was simply no way (that I could see) that the other driver could have seen me, so I honked. Anyway, the guy comes flying out of his space and starts to follow me flashing his lights. Ya, a nut job. Anyway, so I pull into a space then am glad to see that he gets on with his life and pulls out on to the street. I do my shopping and return to the jeep. Then look over to my right and find that white trash stalker paranoid man is standing close to the fence staring at me talking on his phone. And I realize he could be just messing with my head, but white trash guys are the worst because they feel like the dethroned kings of America and are out for blood from minorities and esp women. So if he was to pour sugar in the gas tank how long before I could realize that?
Hmmm, if he was to put a screw driver through the transmission how long then?
I drove it around some after and it was Ok, but it has only been a half hour or so.

Are you sure he did something? You would certainly know by now. Sugar reacts quickly with gas. So you can rule that one out. Did you lock your car doors? I don't think you shave to worry about the interior of the car. Inspect the car when you're in a safe place (driveway, side road, etc.). Look it over for any key scratches. Trashy people love to key other people's cars. The famous "egging" of the car is also a favorite of those losers. I don't think you have anything to worry about. Maybe he stole gas from your tank? People actually do that now. I advise you to always lock your doors, buy a gas cap lock, and park close to the store where people outside the store can see what's happening. Also, if someone is ever following you (while driving), pull into the parking lot of the nearest police station and wait there. That's a clever deterrent. If you ever have to walk home alone, carry mace and/or pepper spray. Good luck, and don't worry.

It depends on what he did. It may never become apparent until he does something untoward to you.

How do you know he did something? And if someone told you he did "something", didn't they give you ANYTHING more than that? No description such as "He crawled underneath the rear | front | side", or "He lifted the hood", "removed the gas filler cap", etc?

Maybe he stuck one of those tracking devices on it, and you won't find out until he shows up in your driveway.
