Crazy Unbelievable.

So I've had a cold for the last few days, and my nose has been all stuffy and runny. Last night I went to sleep, then I woke up and on my face around my nostril area well under my left nostril... there is this little red bump under it.. it's kind of flaky and it hurts/stings. I can feel it's there without touching it and it's noticeable and embarrassing LOL. any idea of what this could be? I'm starting high school on tuesday and I don't want it to still be there? =(
