I have these weird sharp pains and it seems to be in the area of where my ovary would be.. they are just random shooting pains... I've been on birth control for one month now and just started my second pack 3 days ago.. I also have been spotting forever.. like ever since i started the pill.. even after my period two weeks later I'm still randomly spotting - not much but just a tiny amount.. I have a gyno appointment but I'm wondering could this pain just be the birth control?
