Hi all,
I was wondering if you could tell me what's happening to me:
This has happened about 5 times in my life:
When I'm trying to get to sleep all my body kind of buzzes like a zap or electric shock - I can feel it through all my boy and can even hear a zapping noise, especially my head. If my eyes are open they shut. I see black and white horizontal lines during this buzz and after i get a headache.
If this happens then it ALWAYS happens again - these "shocks" come in pairs, if it happens once then it will happen again after a couple of minutes or sometimes after a few seconds.
Any ideas?
