Weird red rash around mouth? (photo)?

I was washing up dishes and must have wiped my hand across my chin or something because now there's this very faint red rash around my mouth. Just a couple of red dots, not very visible (only if I look really closely and push my tongue up against my chin) and they're not lumps, nor is it itchy. It's not very wide spread either, just under (and a tiny bit above) my mouth and around the chin area. I don't think I've seen this rash anywhere else before. Would anyone have any idea what it is and what I could do to make it go away?
