weird red line in between my eyes?

there is a vertical line in between my eyes on the very top of my nose which i keep noticing, sometimes its there and sometimes its not but it only ever appears after i have a shower. i don't know if its got anything to do with heat or something. initially i thought it was like a scar from a spot or something but ive had it for about a year and it disappears for months at a time and can stay there for months at a time, it varies. its starting to get on my nerves and i have no idea what it is. by the way ive never like damaged it that i know of.
 
It could be something that scratched it and when it interacts with water, it makes red.
 
i can tell you it definitely has something to do with sleep deprivation. i get them when i pull a few all-nighters. my friend does too. eat healthy, hydrate, and get some sleep, and it'll vanish in a few days.
