I used to have a pet barn owl, and every so often he pops up in my dream but as some kind of malignant force that I recognise IN the dream or when I wake up- it really scares me! Whenever he is in my dream, I am either frightened, wary or bewildered by him. Last night I dreamt that he was in the garden of my old house (though the fact that it is my old house I don't think is significant as I had these dreams when I lived there) and I gigantic blackish grey owl with giant wings swooped down and put his wings around him, and I think they were reunited with each other. In my dream, I think of BOTH owls as my pet owl barney, as if they are the same owl but two different owls if that makes sense?? The ginourmous grey owl has become grey as he has aged over the years and I have not seen him for so long. I think he flies away, and is sad that he can never be with the owl sitting in my garden. It's a really vivd dream and I really FEEL it means something???
Another dream I had about my owl was where his entire face was a black eye (you know the 'black' eyes barn owls have?) and it was kind of heart shaped. He said stuff to me, and it seemed wisdomic, and his voice was very low and echoed in a very spiritual way. I was very cautious of him though...
And another time the owl raped me, but that dream doesn't really feel significant...
So could anyone please give me an insight into what all this means??? My owl is a barn owl btw
