Weird rash on my body?

There's a rash on my body. I don't know what it is. It's appearing on my arm legs stomach. It appears on skin and then goes away in 5mins and then on aonther part on skin. Shapes are lines ( like streaches) ovrals and more. Do you what this could be my dad think hives I don't know.
 
Hives look like raised bumps on your skin and are itchy. Rashes are common and can be caused by a lot of things. Perhaps your skin is irritated to something, or you're having a minor allergic reaction. If the rashes continue, I suggest seeing a doctor to make sure it isn't anything serious.

If your rashes are itchy, it's most likely an allergy-related cause. I would take an antihistamine (allergy medicine, like Benadryl), but everyone is different.. I still think you should see a doctor.
