so i have this arab x shes nearly 5, we have only started jumping and she has this habit where she has to
1.sniff the jump
2.get a good look
3. climb over it no mater how big it is - no leaping she will literally crawl over it (funnest thing in history)
and then she will jump no problem! i'm getting her out of it but at least she will go over it instead of run out
also she has anther habit where she will toss her feed bucket over the fence into the yard by the shed once she is done for a refill
and when it comes to not wanting to do something under saddle she will lift her whole back up (i have no idea how) and pull her blacklegs under herself and do a hand stand basically, she doesn't buck or kick out she just scrunches herself up in a ball its very weird :S
she has so many quirk's there's too many to tell you about!
