is there any way to make eyeliner waterproof or at least smudgeproof? because i got this nice eyeliner as a freebie with a purchase at one of the nice makeup counters. i dont want to go back and spend like $30 on a waterproof version, but its annoying how this one smudges EVERYWHERE within like 15 min. is there any way i could make it smudgeproof? like seal it somehow?
