So I didnt really know how to phrase the question...
I've been trying to get into yoga a bit for my back and my sleeping problems. But I get this weird feeling in the back of my right thigh when I try to stretch certain ways. It feels like its going to pop, like there is something in the wrong place that will pop and break if I push it. I tried holding a stretch for about 30 seconds and my leg hurt all day! What could this possibly be? Let me clarify, this is not muscle pain or the feeling of a tight muscle in my leg. I just want to be able to continue practicing and am hoping that there is a way around this thing.
