Weird pop-up thing on a myspace picture?

Okay so on my profile i have a picture from Photobucket, and above it theres a message thing that says "Terms of Service Violation" And I don't know how to get rid of it.

I tried a picture from Tinypic too and it also popped upped.


Please help :)
 
Usually means the picture violated Photobucket (or Tinypic) terms of service and was deleted - leaving anybody who used that code with the Violation message
