Weird phone numbers calling my cell? rogers employees, law enforcement officers help!?

Have some questions for Rogers Employees or Law enforcement officers CANADA, TORONTO, ON.

Numbers are calling my phone and saying I called them, but I haven't. I called rogers, they looked up in my phone records I have never called the number.

There is a rogers police line, but I don't know the number. I am in the Canadian Forces, and would not like to change my number, is it okay to still call the rogers police line and not be a police officer?

Anyone know the rogers police line? Any suggestions? (please don't ask me to change my number)
