Weird pains in head and mouth?

A couple days I started noticing headaches in different spots all on the left side. Sometimes it would be my left temple then my lower left side of head, and currently above my ear. Along with this the bottom holes where my wisdom teeth were removed are throbbing. The weird thing is I got my wisdom teeth out 2 years ago. Should I be worried or just take pain killers and ride it out? And does anyone know what coulda caused this? Thanks! I can't sleep because of it
