We have certain bones and nerves in that area. Is possible that you irritated a nerve and it causes pain every time you move. Usually when this happens is because the nerve is swollen. If you go to the doctor he might prescribe ibuprofen 600 mg or 800 mg. That will immediately decrease the pain. However, that is a short term solution. Ibuprofen irritates the stomach of some people. If that is the case, first take a sip of Milanta (an over the counter med) to protect your tummy and then take ibuprofen. Also, that kind of problem could be fix by a Chiropractor (highly recommend it). Your spine my be out of alignment. I suggest to visit a good Chiropractor, he might prescribe muscle relaxant, they work very well. If your back is out of wack and the problem is not corrected, you might start having some strange pains in your legs, knees or toes, or even numbness.
